Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LRBaar (Switzerland), 15 January 2026Based on preliminary unaudited figures, Ascom reports for fiscal year 2025 net revenue of CHF 292.1 million, which is an increase of around 3.8% at constant currencies, and an EBITDA margin of around 11.5% to 12.0%.
